Our process
Four steps. No surprises.
Understanding your interest
To value your interest we'll need some basic information — location, size, type, operator, and monthly production. The easiest way to send it is a royalty or check stub received from the operator within the past few months.
Valuing your interest
Once we understand your interest, we provide an offer tailored specifically to you within 48 hours. If you have questions about how we arrived at the valuation, we're happy to walk you through it.
Title verification
If you're comfortable accepting our offer, we begin title verification if it hasn't already been completed. Typically this takes about 30 days, though it can often be accelerated.
Closing the transaction
As soon as title is verified we finalize the purchase and transfer payment. Afterwards we file the necessary documents with the county — and the transaction is complete.
